Kanye West Compares Himself To Eminem

Kanye West is someone who just loves to stir the pot. Despite the fact they they’re quite different, Kanye compared himself to Eminem in a recent interview saying:

“I feel like I’m Eminem,” Yeezy recently told Complex. “You don’t think ‘white rapper.’ You just think Eminem. You don’t think celebrity designer, straight designer, black designer, all these types of things that kind of held me back conceptually in being accepted as a designer. You just think of those words.”

A Spokesperson For Eminem Says Rumors Of A New Album Are Not True

We reported yesterday that Eminem was rumored to be working on a new album called ‘Roots.’

Rumors also suggested that the album would be announced in a few weeks at the Grammy Awards but Eminem’s camp is denying the story.

A spokesperson for Eminem’s camp, Dennis Dehhey talked about the claim to MLive saying the rumors were “completely untrue,” Dennehy wrote. “There’s no album announcement coming.”

Eminem Rumored To Be Releasing New Album Called ‘Roots’ This Year

After making headlines quite a bit in 2014, Eminem shows no signs of slowing down in 2015. Hip-Hop Vibe is reporting that Eminem will be releasing his ninth studio album which will be titled ‘Roots’ at some point this year.

The album is expected to feature appearances from Dr. Dre and Xzibit.

Not much is known about the album at this time but a formal announcement is expected to be made at this year’s Grammy Awards.

Eminem Grants Wish Of Terminally Ill Fan

We mentioned yesterday that 17 year old Gage Garmo is unfortunately losing a battle with cancer and his dying wish was to meet Eminem. TMZ confirmed today that Eminem did indeed grant Gage’s wish.

Eminem quietly arranged to hang out with Gage at his home yesterday afternoon around 5pm. They said the meeting went really well and that Eminem hung out with Gage for about an hour.

Em kept it quiet as he apparently didn’t want to get the media involved. Gage was said to be extremely happy to meet his idol.

And people say Eminem’s not a nice guy.

This Man Has Only Days Left To Live And His Last Wish Is To Meet Eminem

Rochester High School student Gage Garmo has been given less than a week to live as he continues to battle cancer.

Gage is now on his fifth battle with cancer and has even lost a leg to the deadly disease.

His dying wish is to meet Eminem as the rapper has always been his idol.

Spread this info around people. Hopefully it will reach Eminem in time and this boy can get his wish before he passes.

Young Zee Airs Grievances With Eminem In New Song ‘Dear Shady’

Young Zee apparently wasn’t too thrilled about the fact that he wasn’t included in any of the new songs featured on “Shady XV.”

Eminem released the track “Fine Line” which gives a shout out to Young Zee featuring the lyrics:

Zee, you always supported me / You vouched, I will never forget that and / How you guys accepted me for me and Pace / I love you too, you slept on my couch.”

But Zee fired back in his own song ‘Dear Shady” with the lyrics:

“Let me ask you / Why you ain’t come to my avenue / When you grabbed dudes for your rap crew / I paid mad dues … Anyhow, my house burnt down/ I’m in Jersey now / You ain’t care, you ain’t even come around / I got locked up for selling quarter pounds down Bordentown / You could have looked out, you could have came and bailed me out.”

Kuniva Says A D12 Reunion With Eminem Can Definitely Happen

Things have been quiet on the D12/Eminem front in recent years. The group recently worked with Eminem on some material for Shady XV and Kuniva seems optimistic about a reunion in 2015. See what he had to say in a recent interview below:

“I think a D12 reunion can definitely happen,” he said. “No one over here hates each other. We definitely love one another. It’s just that with people, you want to go off and do your own thing. We all went out and did our own thing.”

“You might have to look out in 2015 to see if something goes down. We’re all talking about it and so people are starting to get that itch again.”

“We’re seeing the magic that we had and it’s always been there,” Kuniva said. “Even though we were missing Proof, we still went in and worked together.”

Eminem Is Getting Sued Over The Song “Rap God”

TMZ is reporting that Eminem is about to get sued over his track “Rap God.” You can check out a quote below and read the entire article with track by track comparisons by clicking HERE.

“Raymond Jones — a rapper from the group Hotstylz — is suing Em and his record label for $8 million over the song “Rap God” … which he says features a 25 second sample mid-track.

If you listen to the songs — the music in question does sound strangely similar.

Eminem Comes Out As Gay In This Funny Clip From “The Interview”

After a few weeks of controversy the James Franco and Seth Rogen comedy “The Interview” has finally been released. In the film James Franco’s character gets an exclusive interview with Eminem where Eminem reveals something scandalous.

Em jokes that all of the lyrics about homosexuality that have made up his songs over the years were actually a cover up because he’s gay himself.

Papa Roach Singer Talks About Getting High And Partying With Eminem Back In The Day

In a new interview with RockSverige.se, Papa Roach singer Jacoby Shaddix talks about partying with Eminem on the first Anger Management Tour back in 2000. You can read a quote below:

“I was young, he [Eminem] was young and we were both partying on that tour and we had some ragers,” Shaddix begins. “I remember this one night, we had a video camera with us and we were all f–kin’high on ecstasy and we were f–kin’ drunk. We were on everything and it was me, my drummer Dave, Eminem, his wife at the time and one of his wife’s friends and the rapper Xzibit, and we had like a WWF wrestling event in the dressing room. Eminem was hitting me with a f–kin’ chair and we go back and watch that video and go, ‘Man, we were f–kin’ young and wild!’ Backyard wrestling with Eminem in the dressing room. There’s a video of it but we haven’t put it out yet. Those were the days, and nights!”
