We mentioned yesterday that 17 year old Gage Garmo is unfortunately losing a battle with cancer and his dying wish was to meet Eminem. TMZ confirmed today that Eminem did indeed grant Gage’s wish.
Eminem quietly arranged to hang out with Gage at his home yesterday afternoon around 5pm. They said the meeting went really well and that Eminem hung out with Gage for about an hour.
Em kept it quiet as he apparently didn’t want to get the media involved. Gage was said to be extremely happy to meet his idol.
And people say Eminem’s not a nice guy.
This warms the heart. I think Eminem is misunderstood. He has gotten a raw deal as a kid and tuned it into greatness. He has inspired millions.

I know it's a tried and true cliche, but don't judge a book by it's cover. I thank the Lord for placing the desire to visit with Gage on Marshall's heart. He is an exceptional person and his action speak louder than words.
